Why exhibit?

Low costs: Not only are the registration and sponsorship costs lower than the live show, the lack of shipping, set-up, travel, and hotel costs provides an optimal and cost-saving means to generate huge profits.

Easy, accessible platform for exhibiting: The only technical requirements for a successful event are as simple as a computer and a webcam. The template-driven format of the Community Brands platform enables you to effortlessly customize your booth without the hassle of vendors. Also provided is continuous assistance by a team of professionals who will remotely manage your event saving you on essential resources.

Better data: With a physical expo, exhibitors only receive an attendance report. However, with a virtual trade show, every movement of attendees are tracked and reported. You will know where they went and what they did. You will also have the ability to evaluate booth performance with detailed reports including number of visitors and number of attendees who viewed/downloaded your material. As it is an online event, data will be readily available allowing for smooth lead capture.

High expected attendee registration: The trade show will be FREE for anyone wanting to just attend this virtual event. Additionally, we will be offering continuing education sessions to paid event attendees ($95). Due to the cancellation of many other industry events, this will be one of the few live continuing education training events this year, improving attendance even further.

Interactive connections: In addition to a text chat feature in the booths, booth reps will have the ability to video chat directly with customers that request it. Attendees can also exchange e-business cards with a keystroke and you will be able to save that data instantly in your database.

Increased exposure: After the trade show is over, all video and collateral pieces you upload to your booth will remain accessible to potential customers for 30 days after the show ends.
